B12 injection in Surrey
Natural results, no pressure.
Vitamin B12 (hydroxocobalamin) is essential for energy production, mood regulation and red blood cell formation. Many adults (particularly vegetarians, vegans, or anyone with absorption issues) run low without realising. An intramuscular B12 injection delivers a bioavailable dose directly into the bloodstream, bypassing digestive absorption issues. Most clients book a single shot when they're feeling sluggish, or a course of three sessions four weeks apart for a more sustained lift. We don't recommend B12 for everyone. If you haven't had bloodwork recently, a deficiency test is a sensible first step.

B12 injection · common questions
How quickly will I feel the effects of B12?
Some people feel a lift within 24 to 48 hours, especially if they were running low. For others, the effect builds over a week. If you don't notice any difference at all, you probably weren't deficient, and a single shot won't have done harm.
Should I have a deficiency test first?
If you haven't had bloodwork in the last year, yes. A GP test confirms whether B12 is the right intervention. We can still treat you on request, but informed treatment beats guesswork.
How often can I have B12 injections?
For most people, a course of three injections four weeks apart, then a top-up every 2 to 3 months, is reasonable. For confirmed deficiency, your GP may prescribe a more frequent NHS protocol.
Are there side effects from B12 injections?
B12 is water-soluble so the body excretes excess. Serious side effects are rare. Some people experience injection-site soreness or mild headache. Allergic reactions are uncommon but possible. We screen for them before each shot.
Can I have B12 if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
Discuss with your midwife or GP first. B12 is generally considered safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding, but we'd prefer you have explicit clinical sign-off before we treat.
Why is your B12 priced lower than some clinics?
Honest pricing on supplement injections matters to us. We don't believe in markup for the sake of perceived premium. The vial cost is modest and the procedure is quick. The price reflects that.
