Aftercare
The result is finished after you leave.
Every treatment includes a printed aftercare card and timed reminders for heat, exercise, SPF and make-up. Detail is the difference between a good result and a story you have to tell.

First 24 hours
Avoid touching the treated area, excessive heat, exercise, alcohol and blood-thinning medication.

Keep it clean
Keep the area clean. Avoid applying make-up unless your practitioner says otherwise.

Avoid sun exposure
No direct sun, sunbeds or tanning for at least seven days. SPF 50 daily is non-negotiable.

Pause intense movement
Skip intense exercise, saunas and steam rooms for 24–48 hours after your appointment.

Be gentle
Do not massage or apply pressure to the area unless your practitioner specifically advises it.

Most of our clients are. We start with conversation, not a needle. A free 15-minute consultation walks through what's realistic for your face. If we don't think a treatment suits you, we say so. You only book if you're ready.
Not unless you ask for it to. Most first appointments use 0.5ml of filler or one area of anti-wrinkle, which adds gentle refinement rather than visible change. You'll leave looking like a calmer version of yourself, not someone else.
Lip filler uses numbing cream first, and the product contains lidocaine. Most clients describe it as gentle pressure, not sharp pain. Anti-wrinkle injections use very fine needles and take seconds each. We work at your pace, not the clock's.
Filler can be safely dissolved if you genuinely don't want it. We deliberately under-treat at the first session, so adding more after two weeks is always an option. We'd rather build up gradually than overshoot once.
Lip filler typically lasts 6 to 9 months. Anti-wrinkle treatment lasts 3 to 4 months. Microneedling, peels and dermaplane work best as a planned course rather than one-off appointments.
