Microneedling in Surrey
Natural results, no pressure.
Microneedling uses a sterile cartridge of fine needles to create thousands of micro-channels in the skin's surface. The controlled injury triggers a wound-healing response: new collagen, new elastin, smoother texture. It's most effective for fine lines, enlarged pores, uneven tone and post-acne scarring. We pair the treatment with hyaluronic acid serum for hydration during the session, and offer an upgrade to luxury serum for an extra boost. Best results come as a planned programme of 3 or 4 sessions, four weeks apart, rather than a one-off.

Microneedling · common questions
Does microneedling hurt?
Numbing cream is applied for 20 minutes before we start, so the treatment itself feels like a vibration with mild prickling. Sensitive areas like the forehead and upper lip are the most noticeable. The cheeks are barely felt.
How many sessions do I need?
Three to four sessions, four weeks apart, gives the most reliable result. One-off sessions are useful for an event glow but don't change the underlying texture in a lasting way.
Is microneedling safe for darker skin tones?
Yes. Unlike many lasers, microneedling doesn't target pigment, so it's suitable for all Fitzpatrick types. We adjust depth carefully and emphasise SPF aftercare for any skin tone.
Will microneedling help acne scars?
It's one of the most effective non-laser options for atrophic (depressed) acne scarring. Expect gradual improvement over a course of 4 to 6 sessions, with results continuing to develop for months after the final session.
Can I wear makeup the day after microneedling?
No makeup for 24 hours. The channels need to close fully first. From day two, mineral makeup is fine if you need it.
What's the difference between microneedling and a chemical peel?
Microneedling works mechanically by creating micro-injury at depth. Peels work chemically at the surface. Microneedling is better for texture and scarring. Peels are better for pigmentation and dullness. They can be combined in a planned skin programme.
